Pricing
The purchase price of the goods as shown on the Product List is the purchase price which is applicable at the time you view it. The purchase prices on the Product List will not necessarily correspond to the prices in your local pharmacy or stockist.
From time to time, other stockists may offer the goods shown on the Product List at promotional prices. Stockist/pharmacy catalogue specials are not available through our on-line store.
Where relevant, our prices include the 10% Goods and Services Tax.
Product Availability
We sometimes experience greater demand for an item than expected or an unforseen delay in the shipment of goods. In the event of a delay you will be advised at the time of order placement.
Payment
At the time you place the order, you will be required to select your preferred payment method being either Visa or Mastercard . In this regard, you are responsible for providing valid and correct credit card and/or account details at the time of purchase. You represent and warrant that you have authority to use any such credit card or bank account.
If you prefer not to pay over the Internet, you can either:
- Mail an order to us by downloading our order form. Payment methods accepted for orders received by mail are Visa, Mastercard, money order or cheque (made payable to Market Reach Pty Ltd). Orders will be processed immediately upon receipt.
- Refer our Store Locator for your nearest stockist.
Full payment on all orders is required before the despatch of any goods. You are responsible for payment of all applicable state and federal taxes. You are responsible for payment of delivery costs.
Security
We want you to feel confident in dealing with us on the Internet. For many of our customers, we realise this is an unfamiliar way of buying products and services. All credit card payments over the Internet are securely processed by the National Australia Bank using state of the art industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL 3.0) encryption technology.
Tax Invoice
Upon delivery of the goods, Market Reach will provide you with a tax invoice specifying the total price for the goods, including relevant taxes and delivery costs.
Delivery
The products you purchase on this website will be dispatched to your nominated address by our handling house, using Australia Post, within 7 days of order placement.
Handling and Delivery Charges: $5.95 for Standard delivery; $9.95 for Express Post.
